Information you share with us

When you submit the enquiry form, the details you enter (name, company, phone, email, city/state, product requirement and message) are emailed to our team at gopalagritech2025@gmail.com, and a confirmation is emailed to the address you provide. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries; the emails are delivered through Cloudflare's email service and kept in our mailbox. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and supply products. If you choose to send your enquiry on WhatsApp instead, it is shared only when you press send in WhatsApp.

WhatsApp and email providers process messages under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page performance without cookies and without building a profile of you. The contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our factory location; Google may set its own cookies when that map loads, under Google's privacy policy. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is shown on the enquiry form, Cloudflare processes limited technical data to tell people and bots apart.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver products you order (for example, with transporters) or where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the contact details you have shared with us by writing to gopalagritech2025@gmail.com.
